Nowadays we are forced to follow Online Classes due to unexpected Pandemic Season. Google Classroom is one of the best media, where teachers and students can interact very easily. This is the main reason, most of the Schools following Google Classroom. 

Teachers sending class notes and study materials on a daily basis, and all files will be stored in the Class Work section in Google Classroom  For students this is impractical to complete writing down all notes in one day. They can complete writing day by day. But there is an issue when they wanted to write, they will face difficulty in finding the specific notes. Think, If you could download each note from google classroom and save it in categorized files on your computer or on your android device, it will be easy for you to access later. 

Here I am giving step by step tutorial for downloading the files or PDF notes to your PC or to your Smart Phones. 

The easiest way is Daily to check your email, whatever files teachers sent in google classroom, you will get in email. From the email itself, you better download the notes on daily basis, save in specific subject wise folders. Put this inhabit, so that you won't miss any notes.

Here is my article, you will get to know  How to download google classroom notes in PC?  step by step.

• First of all, open your Gmail and search for your classwork, click on it. 

• PDF of the file will be visible, click on the PDF file  

• The PDF file will be opened, on the right top corner, you can see an icon of the printer and three dots.

• If you wanted to take a print out direct you can click on the printer icon, your PDF file starts to print.

• To download the PDF you just click on the three dots. Choose second one "Open in New Window",

• The file will be opened in new window, there on the right top corner, you can see the download icon.

• Click on the Download icon, your file will start to download. 

• On the left bottom corner of your PC screen, you can see the file which is downloading.

• Click on the arrow near the file which is downloaded, select "Show in Folder"

• From that folder, you better cut the file and paste it on your Specific Folder where you categorized in subject wise. 

Better create a Folder named My School Notes, and put subject wise files in it. Each downloaded notes should paste in those specific files.
